OSSC FOOD SAFETY OFFICER EXAM PATTERN

The selection process of the OSSC Food Safety Officer Recruitment Consists of 2 phases:

  1. Written Examination
  2. Computer Skill test
  3. Document Verification

The Written Examination will be divided into two papers:

  • Composite Paper (Paper-I): 100 Marks
  • Technical Paper (Paper-II): 100 Marks

Each paper will be of objective type (MCQs) in nature consisting of 100 questions. For the Technical Paper, 1/4th (0.25 marks) marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
